PAYMENT SCHEMES :
CASH A PAYMENT: - Reservation fee is Php 20,000 (non-refundable non-transferable). - Full payment of Total Contract Price within 30 days from date of reservation. - A 5% discount on TCP will be given to buyer. CASH A-1 PAYMENT: - Reservation fee is Php 20,000 (non-refundable non-transferable). - Balance of TCP payable in six (6) equal monthly installments covered by post-dated checks. - A 4% discount on TCP will be given to buyer. CASH A-2 PAYMENT: - Reservation fee is Php 20,000 (non-refundable/non-transferable). - Balance of TCP payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments covered by post-dated checks. - A 2.5% discount on TCP will be given to buyer. CASH B PAYMENT: - Reservation fee is Php 20,000 (non-refundable/non-transferable).
